As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I work to create a welcoming and friendly environment for my clients to feel safe and heard. Using a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I work with my clients towards bettering themselves and resolving problems. I use a multidisciplinary approach with my clients, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to help uncover the best possible solution to any and all difficulties an individual may encounter. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, life stress, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and more. I enjoy working with these populations in addition to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and those experiencing various Anxiety disorders. My goal as a clinician is to allow my clients to have a space where they feel they can speak freely, do not feel judged, and ultimately learn new things about themselves they may not have known before. Together, I strongly believe we can accomplish anything we set our minds too!
On my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones, reading series books, and journaling.
