Individual Therapy 

Our highly trained therapists provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore and process patterns, develop coping skills and meet your identified goals for treatment.

Parent Coaching

As a supplement to your child's individual therapy or on it's own, parent coaching utilizes psychoeducation, evidenced based strategies and techniques to process and manage your own emotions, while contributing to the family dynamic.

Creative Art Therapy

No artistic experience necessary to engage in a creative art therapy session. Our licensed art therapists utilize a variety of materials and methods through both virtual and in-person sessions. Externalizing those experiences and emotions that can be harder to put into words.

Family Therapy

One part often impacts the whole. Family therapy allows all members of the family unit to communicate, cope with conflict, explore dynamics and create a healthy functioning home environment.  

Group Therapy
