As a mental health counselor, I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is both welcoming and encouraging for all clients. Often times, individuals may feel hesitant about beginning therapy, however, my approach to therapy provides each client with an individualized treatment plan in accordance with their preferred pace, as well as establishing a secure and trusting environment. I am passionate in sharing my knowledge within the field, as well as providing the tools necessary for my clients to achieve their therapeutic goals through a collaborative and personalized relationship. Although therapy may look different for each individual, my overall goal is to make each session fulfilling and beneficial in order to target one's individual therapeutic needs. Throughout my experience, I have worked with clients of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults. I specialize within areas that focus on anxiety, depression; attachment and behavioral disorders, as well as trauma related interventions. Additionally, I am proficient in evidence-based techniques and practices that align with parenting and relationship conflicts. I exhibit the comprehensive skills to utilize the best therapeutic approach, differentiating it for each client throughout various modalities. Within treatment, I focus on utilizing Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic and Object Relations practices.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy taking yoga classes, as well as spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places and experiences!
