I try to create a space in therapy that feels warm, safe, and easy to be yourself in. My approach is very relational and compassionate — I really believe therapy works best when it feels like two people sitting together, figuring things out side by side. There’s no pressure to be perfect here, just space to be real and grow at your own pace.

I work with children, teens, and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, self-esteem struggles, attachment challenges, life changes, and big emotions that can feel hard to manage. With teens and young adults, I love helping make sense of emotions, patterns, and the “why” behind thoughts and behaviors. With kids, I bring in hands-on activities, games, and creative tools to help them learn skills in a way that feels natural and engaging.

My work is grounded in CBT, person-centered, relational, and trauma-informed approaches. I like to balance deeper understanding with practical tools, so clients not only gain insight, but also leave with things they can actually use in everyday life. I’ve worked in both higher levels of care and more traditional outpatient settings, which helps me meet people wherever they are and support them through different stages of their journey.

To me, therapy is about more than just getting through hard moments. It’s a place for personal growth, exploring who you are, and building a life that truly feels aligned with your values.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with the people I care about, trying new coffee shops, and making little memories that turn into big ones.
