Clinician

MHC-LP

As a Mental Health Counselor, it is my mission to create a safe environment for each of my clients to share, feel heard, and experience the growth they need to heal and reach their goals. Throughout sessions, I work collaboratively with my clients in an effort to let them know that they are never alone in this journey, which can initially feel intimidating to embark on. I utilize a variety of techniques in my practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, grief, and difficult life transitions, helping them navigate the often big and confusing emotions associated with these stages of life. Attending therapy is a brave and courageous act, and I strive to approach each individual in an empathetic and compassionate manner to create the most comfortable space throughout life's most uncomfortable moments.

A fun fact about me is that I am a local musician and love to sing! Outside of the office, I love to spend my free time traveling, hanging out with my dogs, and going to the gym.
