For over a decade, I have had the privilege of working with at-risk youth and special education students in public schools, focusing on supporting individuals facing trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and other challenges. I offer a person-centered approach and tailor each session to the individual client, as each one has their own needs. My approach integrates various evidence-based treatments working to empower individuals of all ages, from children to adults. We work collaboratively to build resilience and coping skills.
Whether addressing the effects of trauma or managing anxiety or ADHD symptoms, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where my clients can thrive and take control of their life back. Through CBT, DBT, and other skills, I help clients gain the skills they need to overcome daily life obstacles, manage stress and anxiety, process their trauma healthily, and improve their overall mental health.
