Clinician

MSW Intern

As a Masters of Clinical Social Work Intern, I make it my mission to guide my client’s through their own therapeutic journey in a safe, and comforting environment I use a variety of techniques such as Mindfulness, Motivational-Interviewing, and Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy tailored to my client’s goals. I have passion for working with individuals struggling with disordered eating, body-dysmorphia, and body-image insecurities. When working with these clients, I like to take a neutral holistic approach towards their journey. The Neutrality approach involves recognizing and uncovering one’s distortions and reevaluating them in a new light.

Outside of my sessions, I enjoy drinking iced coffee, going down the shore, and going to the gym!
