Liz Gramlich

Clinician

MSW-LP

As a Master of Clinical Social Work, my mission is to guide clients through their therapeutic journey in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Using evidence-based techniques such as Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients build the tools they need to overcome challenges and thrive.

I take a holistic and neutral approach to therapy, focusing on recognizing and reframing unhelpful thought patterns. Together, we work to uncover new perspectives that empower growth and healing.

I have a deep passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and I specialize in treating a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s ups and downs.

Outside of the therapy room, you can often find me sipping on iced coffee, enjoying time at the shore, or staying active at the gym.
