As a mental health counselor, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space for all. By using a person- centered approach, my goal is to work collaboratively with each client in creating the best version of themselves, while assisting them in reaching their goals. Other approaches that I use include, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, based on which best fits my client's needs. I have spent time working with children, adolescence, and young adults on a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, grief, and body image.
I especially enjoy working with individuals who are facing difficult life transitions.
For self-care, I enjoy yoga, snowboarding, and spending time with my loved ones!
