As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and engaging in the therapeutic process. I prioritize building strong rapport so that each client feels safe, heard, and understood, which allows for the development of individualized and effective treatment plans. I strive to create a space where clients feel empowered to openly express their thoughts, concerns, and goals. My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices to best meet each client’s unique needs. I have a strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be experiencing anxiety, fears, panic symptoms, grief, or challenges related to life transitions. I value a collaborative therapeutic relationship, working alongside clients to identify strategies and tools that are most helpful for their specific situations. I believe that choosing to seek therapy is a meaningful and courageous step, and I am committed to helping clients view therapy as a supportive and beneficial space for growth, healing, and self-understanding.
Outside of work I enjoy live music, traveling to new countries, exploring nature, and spending time with my loved ones.
