I have been a trusted therapist for my clients to help them achieve healthy and balanced personal lives and relationships. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I’m deeply committed to being there when you need it most to help you explore, heal, and move forward into a happy and healthy mindset.    

 

Ask yourself: Have your thoughts become overwhelming? Do you have a pattern of unhealthy relationships with friends and significant others? Do you worry most of your day? Are you having trouble figuring out who you are or where you want to be? Change is not easy but it’s worth it. Utilizing humor and relatability I will work with you to learn how to have the life you want. Let today be the day you learn who you are, what you want, and how to get there. We will work together through utilization of different modalities as well as reflective feedback to meet the goals you create. We will be on this journey together.  

 

My experience ranges from working with children, adolescents and adults in private practice, NYC Department of Education Schools, Palliative Care, and Correctional Facilities.  As a Clinical Supervisor, I strive to provide insight and education to clinicians and clients to assist in their individual journeys with the therapeutic process.   I have supervised dozens of students from programs at St. John's University, College of Staten Island, Touro College, Brooklyn College, and many others in the Tri-State region. All my supervisees have gone on to establish themselves in the mental health field.  

 

Outside of therapy sessions, I love spending time with family and friends (& my dog).  I also love going to the beach and trying new things!
