As a mental health counselor, I understand how difficult it can be to reach out and begin your therapeutic journey. That is why I find it so important to create a supportive space where clients can find their voice and express themselves. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in both school and clinical settings. Using an integrative approach allows me to work collaboratively with families and individuals to identify what modality is conducive to helping them achieve their therapeutic goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and behavioral issues. Pulling from these modalities works to provide insight, create perspective, develop coping strategies, and shift negative thinking and behavioral patterns to guide clients towards living a healthier, happier life.

Outside of sessions I practice self-care by spending time with my family and friends, reading, and going to the gym.
