As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am committed to fostering a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to engage fully in the therapeutic process. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a Person-Centered approach, while also integrating additional evidence-based theories and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. I strive to meet every individual with empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard, creating a therapeutic environment that promotes trust, resilience, and meaningful growth.
I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I tailor each session to the individual’s developmental needs, blending evidence-based approaches with playful and creative techniques to help clients feel comfortable and engaged in the therapeutic process. I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, panic symptoms, ADHD, body image concerns, and disordered eating, as well as challenges related to self-image and adjustment. I believe healing happens through connection, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
My goal is always to put the client’s needs first, whether working with a child learning to manage big emotions or a young adult facing new life challenges, because I believe healing begins in connection, and I am committed to walking alongside each client with empathy, encouragement, and clinical insight.
Outside of the therapy room, I practice what I teach—self-care is a big part of my life. I enjoy doing yoga, hanging out with my loved ones, and a good facemask!
