As a Mental Health Counselor, it is my goal and want for you every session to leave with a feeling of comfort and a form of peace. I aim to create a safe and welcoming space for all in hopes of building a strong bond. I utilize all forms of therapy ranging from Cognitive Behavior Therapy to Play therapy. I work with all ages and life styles as it is important for every counselor to remain open and engaged. In working with all potential clients I use a realistic perspective on life and offer clients an opportunity to look deeper at their own thoughts and feelings. In all aspects of life accountability, learning from experience and consequences to actions are a vital component I emphasize in therapy. Taking the step to better your own mental health is an accomplishment in itself, I hope to hear from you.
Fun fact about me is prior to being a Mental Health Counselor I was a chocolatier where I made gourmet truffles. In my spare time I enjoy watching TV and movies as well as trying new foods.
