As a licensed master social worker, I am determined to create a supportive and warm environment for healing. Using a client-centered approach, I allow my clients to lead the way through their healing process. Each person and their goals are different, so I use a multidisciplinary approach, combining aspects of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing to help my clients feel supported and reflective through their therapeutic journey.
I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults, working on foundational skills that they can carry with them as they grow. In addition to these age groups, I also enjoy working with the Autism Spectrum population. I have an Advanced Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as years of experience working with this population in both one-on-one and group settings.
Outside of my sessions, I practice self-care through painting, drawing, and reading!
