As a mental health counselor, I strive to provide an environment for my clients to feel heard, grow within themselves, and work towards becoming the person they want to be. My goal is to make sure my clients always feel supported and understood in their therapeutic journey. I use a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ population, difficulties with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and more. I want everyone to know how important reaching out for help and taking that first step is, someone will always be there to hear you and I hope to be that person for many future clients.
When I am out of the office, I enjoy beach trips, reading books, and spending time with my favorite people.
