My name is Ariana, but you can call me Ari! I received my master's degree in Clinical Social Work at the College of Staten Island. My own experiences with grief & loss, being late diagnosed with ADHD in my early 20s & my own lived experiences allow me to truly empathize with my client’s struggles. I have experience working with individuals who are impacted by grief & loss, trauma/complex trauma, ADHD, family conflict, and self-esteem issues. 

I'm all about breaking down barriers and embracing what makes you, well, you! I am a therapist but I also have sat in the client's seat. Therapy with me is all about making progress while feeling heard, seen, and validated as we simultaneously embrace our humanity.
